
Booking:
• For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a non-refundable booking deposit of £25.00 per person is required to secure the booking. Alternatively a valid credit card number may be taken.
• For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full payment for the duration of the stay is required.
• Please note that we will hold provisional bookings for 24 hours if made more than 7 days in advance of arrival, but will not consider it a firm booking until such time as the deposit or full payment has been received.
Cancellation:
• Reservations cancelled at least 7 days in advance may be cancelled without penalty – less the non-refundable deposit.
• For reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival, there will be no refund of monies paid.
• In the event that the cancelled room is re-let, a refund will be given, taking into account the value of the new booking.
Non-Arrival:
• In the event that there is a no-show and no notification of cancellation has been received, all monies paid will be forfeited.
Payment:
• Deposits; we prefer a cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch/Maestro, Delta and American Express).
• Balances; we are happy to accept the above methods of payment in addition to cash (Sterling) and Sterling Travellers cheques. Please note that we are unable to accept international currencies, including the Euro.
Check-in/Check-out
Rooms are available from 14.00 (unless prior arrangement has been made). However, we would be happy to check guests in earlier and store luggage until the room has been serviced. Please advise your anticipated arrival time when booking.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets in the hotel. However, we are happy for guests to leave pets in their cars overnight as long as they do not upset other guests and of course, as long as it is safe to do so. Please note that should you bring your pet with you, we would ask that you clear up after it - our Reception staff would be happy to provide disposal bags. We would also be happy to provide drinking water for your pet.
Of course, we are happy to accommodate Guide Dogs and Hearing Aid Dogs..
Damages
In the event that damages are discovered (or items are missing) in bedrooms subsequent to departure, we reserve the right to charge for the repairs/replacements required.
